Thursday, April 26

6-8pm:

Welcome Reception - Hosted by MasterBlend. Come “meet & greet” your fellow rug cleaners from across the country and·pick up your registration packet early. Transportation provided from the Sheraton Downtown Denver.

Friday, April 27

Robert Mann Oriental Rugs

8am:

Bus leaves the Sheraton Downtown Denver for Robert Mann Oriental Rugs facility.

8:30am:

Registration begins at Robert Mann Oriental Rugs

9am:

Activities at Robert Mann Oriental Rugs begin. Robert Mann and his staff give us a full tour through their facility. Highlights include his Navajo rug cleaning and restoration procedures, oriental rug washing process and basic·hands-on in-plant repairs. He will also demonstrate how he shears rugs and·removes stains and run color. Throughout our tour, Robert Mann and his staff·are available to answer any quesons you may have along the way. (lunch will·be provided)

ARCS Annual Meeting of Members. We hold our annual meeng, open to all ARCS members in good standing, and announce the results of our Board of Directors election. We will cover all that we have achieved in our first year in existence and will answer any questions members may have. A light breakfast will be provided for attendees.

10:30am

Paul Ramsey talks about the current state of the rug market, how it has changed over the past 40 years and his·predictions for the future. Come hear one of the nations top rug retailers talk about the rugs we will be cleaning over the coming·decade.

Noon:

1pm:

Howard Partridge talks about “Putting Your Best Foot Forward” and how to present yourself and your company to your customers in the best way possible. Howard shares tips that have taken him from a one man operaon working out of the back of his car to a multi-million dollar enterprise.

2:30pm

Before the Sale: Setting Yourself Up For Success”- Come hear our industry panel discuss all the non-technical, business practices that go into making a customer happy. Whether it is managing a customers expectations or what to include on your invoice, this session will enlighten anyone looking for news ways to make their customers happy.
